3. The email address is
Scoring
1. Points for correctly tipped win: 1
2. Tipping for a draw has been abolished
3. Points for an untipped draw: 1
4. The competition ladder is sorted by score then by 'countback'.
Countback - The tipper with the greater number of better individual
round scores will be ranked higher.
Default Tips
1. Default tips for tippers who fail to enter tips will be Lowest In
The Round.
2. Default score for late entrants (for the rounds that they missed)
will be the Average Score (Rounded down).
3. The Tipping Competition Starts at WAFL ROUND 1!! So it pays to get
in early. If you enter after this round, you will receive the Average
Score rounded down.
Weekly Prize
1. The weekly prize is $50.00
2. The prize is awarded to the competitor with the most number of
points/tips correct and whose predicted tie-breaker for the margin game
is most accurate, without exceeding that margin.
3. If the round is still tied amongst competitors then the Round Prize
will be shared between them.
4. A prize is awarded every week.
5. The tie-breaker is the margin from a specified game.
6. In the event of a tie, the tipper whose predicted margin is closest
to the actual margin is the weekly prize winner.
7. The margin is in relation to the team that you selected to win.
For Example. If Team A is playing Team B and you select Team A to win
by 6 points, but Team B wins by 6 points, then you are 12 points away
from the correct margin.
Major Prizes
1st Prize is $500
2nd Prize is $300
3rd Prize is $100
Knock Out Competition
1. Your tipping entry fee automatically includes entry into the Knock
Out Competition.
2. The Prize is $100.00
3. Each week you must pick one team that you believe will win, out of
all of the games for that round.
4. 1 week must pass before you can pick the same team.
2 weeks must pass before you can pick against the same team.
5. A draw will be treated as a win.
6. If, one round passes without anyone being KO'd, then the Tipping
Organiser, reserves the right to alter the Knock Out Competition Rules
to make the competition harder. Any alterations to team selection
eligibility, would only be made to try and ensure that we have one
outright winner only.
7. If the Competition is altered to make it harder, then it would be
along the lines of adding an additional week to the format as listed
above in point 4.
1 week would become 2 weeks, 2 weeks would become 3 weeks.
8. If there is a round where the remaining KO players are all KO'd
together, then the KO Comp will restart for those players only and the
competition for those tippers will revert back to as it was at the
start. See Knock Out Competition point 3 onwards.
9. If there are players still in the Competition after the completion
of the Home & Away Rounds, then the prize will be shared amongst
those players.
Winners
1. Winners of the weekly round prizes, end of season prizes and knock
out competition need to check results posted on the tipping competition
summary page, to see if they have won a prize.
2. Winners are displayed by Alias on the Summary Page after each round
and for every round in the Reports section.
3. Winners are not official until confirmation has been sent to the

Unforeseen Events &
Protests
